Join us for a traditional truffle-hunting adventure with a skilled dog, uncovering and savoring the renowned “Black Diamond.” Few have the chance to enjoy truffles at their peak freshness, but this tour offers you that rare opportunity. You’ll learn everything about cultivating and cooking with these exquisite fungi as we hunt for black winter truffles (Tuber melanosporum) in our picturesque hazelnut orchard. The hunt lasts approximately 60 minutes and provides fascinating insights into the world of truffles.
