Wine tasting of Bulgarian wines with a selection of appetizers

On this visit to a Wine Tasting Centre, you will discover the best wine cellars of Bulgaria thanks to a wine tasting of 5 wines paired with typical appetizers.

Wine experts will tell you about the different grape varieties used, such as Gamza, Red Misket and Dimyat, and the characteristics of the country’s wines. During the tasting of five specially selected wines, they will guide you through the sampling to help you appreciate all the aromas and flavours. The tasting will be completed with an appetizer tasting of yellow cheese, sausages from regional producers, olives, bread and mineral water.
