Here, wine comes alive: stroll through the estate and experience the full “vine-to-bottle” process, witnessing every step of the craft.

Along the way, pause at a curated space celebrating Thracian-inspired treasures and the local wine legacy—a boutique showcase bridging the rich past with today’s artisanal pleasures.

The tasting experience includes five house-crafted wines, paired with thoughtfully selected artisanal bites: homemade spelt bread, cured meats, and cheeses.
